Orders are always incorrect constantly repeating ordering to cashier, but still receiving wrong orders, burnt mac/cheese, cold spice sandwich, no forks/napkins to eat with especially on take out. Orders leave on sides and get cold,services need to improve big time...plenty customers but services seriously needs upgrade. Food is good but staffs needs training.

Lopa, and ashley are great! Eat is good! I and the D.O.T crew went in and they have worked 5 commands perfectly.

I didn't have to wait as long as the garnel simply didn't completely do I was put in the many when I came home as soon as I did that the taste was good nice and spicy the fries perfect the cookies was good as usual when I didn't eat papal in a long time

The service is a bit slow in there. I ordered a 4 piece meal mild with breast and thighs as my pieces of chicken. Instead, I got home to find one spicy breast, one mild leg, and 2 mild thighs. Don't just give me what you want. The proper and professional thing to do is ask the customer first if other pieces will do before you just put whatever you feel like in their box.

Too long a wait. Four workers behind the counter take 2 or 3 orders and go to prepare them leaving nobody at the register. No ready chicken on hand, only wings and thighs available for both regular or spicy. No stars from me.?
