The hot chocolate here is fantastic, and I really appreciate that there's seating available.

This is an amazing cold treat for hot days! I absolutely love the vanilla ice cream paired with a delicious mix of strawberries and bananas. My second favorite is the plain matcha with lychee on the side—it's an unusual combination, but it tastes fantastic!

The coffee ice cream was fantastic—just the right level of sweetness and a lovely coffee flavor. The waffle was incredible as well!

There were no options for no ice, and the ice cream didn't come with a waffle as shown in the picture. However, it was still really good!
