Metropolis Oyster Room and Cocktail Bar

If they could have done something about the cold air blasting down from the air conditioning, they might have got 5* overall. My wife had to wear a scarf! But good food and great music.

Interesting menu, splendid food, great service, amazing bartenders and live music--perfect combination!

Service was non existent first 35 mins. Had a 8:30 reservation. They seemed understaffed so I was being more patient then my husband who want to leave. Luckily the food was well worth it! Once we did get service it was fantastic!

Luv the decor. Service was great. Oysters and seafood towers were great. The other food was good but a bit off note. This could be a home run, especially with chefs that came from Vaucluse, etc. The hostesses were excellent (friendly, etc)

Great live jazz music... not too loud. Flavored Oyster selection was confusing as menu listed 6 different choices and noted that you had to order a minimum of 3 .... but we were told you had to have a minimum of 3 of each type..... totally wrong way.... change your policy or make the wording on the menu fuller explanation. Food was good but, overpriced.... I guess to pay for the music and the new interior design. Also portions on drinks should have been more generous.
