Masala King - New York

To be completely honest, I didn't have the highest of hopes for this place. My family and I were craving Indian food when we were in Manhattan, so I looked up the closest Indian restaurant. The exterior was under construction and there were few patrons dining, so I had some doubts. However, we decided to give it a chance. And we were pleasantly surprised! Our server was very attentive, friendly, receptive, and welcoming. Although the food was on the pricier side, it was delicious. All the food options were perfectly spiced, perfectly buttery, and perfectly savory. It checked ALL of the boxes, and then some. Also, that naan was the stuff of dreams. If I'm ever in NYC again, I'd love to come here again. I recommend you stop by and try some delicious, quality Indian food!
