Manolo Tapas - New York

Good semi Spanish food with a nice atmosphere. Semi because, like many NYC Spanish tapas restaurants, the preparation and ingredients have a notable DR or PR twist. For example, the chorizo has what tasted like a molle sauce or some sort of sweetthickener not something you 'd see in a pure Spanish dish. The tortilla had bits of peppers etc. All good, but worth noting.Also, on the pricey side (although I haven 't been out to eat in old neighborhood for a while to know what prices are nowadays).

Satisfaction assured! Good food, good atmosphere and good attention.

The ambiance, food and service were all 5 Star! The food was phenomenal! The Paella was out of this world! The seafood was very fresh and rice perfectly was cooked with wonderful seasonings! This is a very reasonable and must-do experience!

The service is always great and the food too! this is my favorite restaurant! the ambiente is always amazing! oliver is the best!

I was here a few times in big parties, but this time for a special occasion for two. I called before the time to make a reservation, but was back insured.
