I have been going to this establishment since I was a child with my Father. I can't type enough fabulous words about the kindness about the attentive and friendly people that work there and the food... the food is OUTSTANDING. MADE WITH LOVE!!

Billy Mitchell, aka Mr. Apollo, took me to Manna’s for an early dinner after I performed at the Apollo. The mac pie is real.

Great honey chicken and meat balls and greens and the ginger juice in particular. Perfect before going to the Apollo

Manna’s is an outstanding restaurant that offers delicious food and a strong commitment to Harlem. It consistently serves dishes that honor the rich cultural heritage of the area. The Southern and Caribbean flavors are particularly satisfying.

I can't believe I've gone so long without realizing that Manna serves chitterlings every day. I absolutely love them! My husband enjoys the other dishes they offer that don't include pork or shellfish.
