Make My Cake - New York

Very disappointing this will not be the first time I traveled to this location and they was closed well before store hours. That's adding insult to injury because they don't even carry their menu fresh in stock as much as you think a bakery should.

I picked up an order today. I must say that all of the staff at this location are very kind and welcoming. I had a long trip from this location to home and the staff professionally secured my order to make sure that there would be no problems with my order! I have been ordering cakes here every year, and will continue to recommend the Make My Cake family to all that I come across.

Good cakes(mostly, some are a bit dry), ok service. These people act like your lucky to have the right to pay for some cake from a lil whole in the wall shop lol. With that being said the cake is good.My favorites are the red velvet, the pineapple, strawberry shortcake, and key lime pie. I feel they lost a bit of touch since they moved from 116th but I’m hoping they fine new inspiration to innovate again.

Lazy service! We wanted a simple message Happy 70th birthday Mom! on a birthday cake and they couldn 't even get that right. The message was missing the 70th , the most important part! How do you mess up such a simple message? SMH

Went in waited on by a very kind person. I love the sweet potato cheese cake, it is sooooo good. I haven't had it in 8 years and still taste soooooo gooooddd. I moved away and was here visiting so glad this place is still here. Small but the best deserts.
