Macaron Cafe Llc - New York

The macaroons here are really delicious. If you want a chewy and creamy macaron, I recommend it.

Each macaron cookie has a different texture, I have never had one that crunches, some flavors are so hard I would not consider it a macaron. I regret not trying a few before getting them for Christmas gifts, I can not gift them as Macarons. Very disappointed

We had a terrible experience! We walked in at 6:20 PM, and the staff was far from welcoming. They didn’t greet or acknowledge us at all. As we were looking over the flavors, they continued to ignore us. I get that it’s New York, but I shouldn’t have to help myself, right? Some customer service or at least a simple acknowledgment would have made a big difference. In the end, my husband and I decided to leave and go to a different place down the road. This establishment lost out on our business. They really need to either hire new staff or provide training for the current ones to at least pretend to care.

This has limited and awkwardly spaced seating. The coffee was okay, but the macarons were lackluster especially considering how expensive they are. They are horribly overstuffed and overall just mediocre considering the price. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there and didn't care to let it show.

I had a disappointing experience at this café. I walked in hoping to enjoy some coffee and macaroons, but the lady at the reception seemed unfriendly and uninterested. Instead of serving customers, she was counting salads. When I asked for coffee, she casually mentioned that her machine was off and that she could turn it on, even though it was only 45 minutes before closing time. I decided to leave and headed to another Macaron Café in the southeast, where I had a fantastic experience. Service really does matter!
