Lung Sing - New York

I live in the neighborhood and usually don't eat out or order takeout, but I've been to this restaurant twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time, the woman at the front was busy answering phone calls while I and others waited for her to take our orders. She kept saying, "Just a minute," but it took a long time. The second visit was no better; the young girl who was serving seemed rushed and didn't pay attention to those of us waiting. She focused more on taking as many orders as possible than on providing good service, repeatedly saying, "Just a second." I should have known better than to order from a place that has a B rating.

The food was flavorful and delicious! This is the best Chinese cuisine I’ve had in quite a while. For vegetarians, they have tofu dishes available.

General Tso's Tofu is always a huge win! It's a bit of a walk, but definitely worth the trip.

If u don't care about them following your instructions then this is the place for you. Me personally...I prefer ordering from places that listen and pay attention. How hard is it to put soy sauce in the bag. Why do I even have to ask for that. You're a Chinese restaurant. Smh

The best chinese food, the place and the kitchen are very clean. excellent customer service , the lady is very nice!
