The server was very nice but their manager is very rude. Denied us service because he has never seen a new jersey state ID before and claimed they didn?t have a scanner. We also showed multiple forms of identification proving date of birth but thatwasn?t enough. I felt almost inclined to have them bring the police to prove they were wrong but I didn?t want to give them mymoney after that. I don?t know what type of place serves alcohol but doesn?t have a scanner. I am not type to usually leave areview but they?re very unprofessional.

Amelia provided exceptional service! In a time when customer service and engagement seem to be lacking, she truly cares about ensuring a great experience and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. While the food was disappointing and the happy hour details for margaritas could have been clearer, Amelia's outstanding service made a lasting impression. Thank you, Amelia!

I wasn't overly impressed with this restaurant, to put it mildly. None of the tacos stood out, but the Camarones taco was particularly disappointing. The shrimp were small and tough, and they tasted like they had been frozen for months before being overcooked.

I had a fantastic experience, especially with the $5.00 Margarita! It was so delicious that I ended up having four Mango Margaritas. Yummy! The food was also great; I enjoyed tacos and a Mango Salmon Ceviche.

Great dinner at La Palapa! Guac and Pico De Gallo with Cumin Chips, Sangria with Hibiscus, Brisket Quesadillas, and churros. Everything was fresh and delicious! Andrew was the friendliest and best waiter too ... we will be back to try more!
