Just Salad - New York

I believe there are two main reasons why this restaurant is frequently empty: the high prices for their 5-ingredient salad bowls and the poor customer service. I understand the reasoning behind the prices, as they want to be seen as a upscale, healthy lunch spot. However, the staff seems to struggle with taking orders and often get the ingredients wrong. They also seem to have difficulty handling more than one customer at a time. It would benefit them to improve their mixing skills and potentially undergo some training.

The variety of salads and wraps was fantastic and the staff were all very welcoming. My salad was incredibly tasty. I will definitely be coming back.

This is by far my favorite spot ever! I've been going here since they first opened and been a on/off customer. They have a solid team here and hope they keep the team happy and not change them out. Liz and the manager Manuel are currently holding it down during the outbreak and have to say thank you so much for being their when we as essential worker's put our life on the line. So much appreciated for customer service and delicious food!

This place has gotten progressively worse in the 7 months I have been working in the area. Every time I go there are new inexperienced staff. Every time my order is either wrong or like today they give me a half portion for a $13 dish. The picture attached is the bowl before I began eating.

Javier was super-friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Made sure my order was out right away (I was early). Just watching him greet and deal with other customers after me, he is a true asset to the team.
