Juliano Gourmet Coffee - New York

The staff at this restaurant were rude and lacked basic coffee-making skills. When I tried to order a dry cappuccino, the barista seemed confused and didn't know how to make it. I explained that I wanted more foam in my cappuccino, but he said he didn't know how to do that and refused to try. I ended up going to a French coffee shop down the street where I got a fantastic dry cappuccino instead.

Oh my goodness! This is my favorite place to visit when I am passing by and just can't resist stopping for a cinnamon swirl muffin!
