The grilled cheese was completely and utterly disgusting.

They apparently did not get the order and it took them over an hour to finally hand it out to the dasher who was kind enough to patiently wait. When I asked to cancel the order they told me that was not possible and they were working on it. After that the dasher still had to wait. Horrible service!!!

I've eaten here in person and it was terrible but thought I'd try ordering to see if it improved. It is such bad quality. Stone cold water mush.

Excellent food, service and ambiance. Only one complaint: There's no printed beer list. You have to dig out your phone, open your QR app, and scan the beer offerings that way. Personally, I think that using phones at the table in any capacity is just rude to the people you're with. And I resent that the customer is responsible for accessing a beer menu that the restaurant should be responsible for providing. Otherwise, though, Jones Wood Foundry is excellent, and I'd highly recommend it.
