The workers were very nice and knowledgeable about the menu which was great since it was my first time there. The shakes were pretty tasty as well. The sandwiches were a bummer. Wasn't expecting it to be cold and on a very flat piece of bread. Would probably only come back for the shake if I was in the area.

The juices they offer are all amazing. And the furniture is really comfy.

I visited the location on 40 Broad street. I waited several minutes before they even acknowledged my presence. At first, I believe they were preoccupied. However, once I seen how other customers of certain demographics were immediately greeted… I now firmly believe as a women of color they only cater to certain demographics. Perhaps the staff needs a reminder the importance of cultural competency. Poor customer service!! Additionally, I watch the female staff use the same gloves at the cash register to take orders, and make food for customers. We are still in an ongoing pandemic.. it’s vital to perform proper hand hygiene and use standard sanitary practice.
