I can't say enough good things about Hot Bread Kitchen. They provide a platform for young food entrepreneurs to grow and also offer a culinary training program.

I didn't visit the physical restaurant location, but rather stopped by their temporary stand in Union Square.

Hot Bread Kitchen offers an amazing product. The concept of providing training to immigrant and low-income women in the art of baking is truly commendable.
