I made a reservation but still wasn't allowed in. What's the point of advertising reservations if they aren't honored?

The servers and hosts were both a bit rude with a no-nonsense attitude. The restaurant is cool with great food, but it could use some improvement in customer service.

Not worth making a reservation. You reserve and upon arrival the security has you standing outside saying if you dont buy a bottle there is no seating. Asked for the hostess . she never came outside we were standing there for over half hour

The restaurant was closed down by the NYPD for selling hookah illegally. I was hurried to settle my bill and didn't have a chance to fully enjoy my drinks.

The servers well rude and straight setting and the hosts in the front. Cool place good food, but needs better customer service.
