Effy's Kitchen - New York

I've been there twice with my six-year-old for breakfast after his doctor's appointment at Mount Sinai. To my surprise, he always finishes his plate! I tried the avocado toast and the egg platter, and both were delicious. I highly recommend them! My son always opts for pancakes with hot chocolate.

Best Falafel I?ve had in New York since I moved here four years ago. Great Israeli salad. I loved that the portion size was generous and made a great lunch.

I ordered a smoothie and pancakes, and both were fantastic! The bathroom was a bit small, but I appreciated having one available to change my daughter, even though there wasn't a pull-down option.

We were seated outside, which was pleasant. The food was good, but I prefer Effy’s Cafe for its freshness. Food rating: 4/5.

One of our favorite spots in the neighborhood, we've dined here for both brunch and dinner. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is quick. We always have a great time! Plus, it's conveniently located just down the block from Mojo's, which is perfect for some delightful post-meal mousse. As for kid-friendliness, the breakfast sides and avocado toast come in great portion sizes for kids.
