Dunkin' - New York

Incredibly poor staff. There were 4 people in the restaurant, and I saw at least two orders get returned for being entirely wrong. I was overcharged and given the wrong item. I was blamed and they refused to give me a refund. Manager said the cashier was new but did nothing to remedy the situation.Terrible service, even for fast foodUpdate- just got home and opened my food- that was entirely wrong as well

The slowest service I have ever seen. The DMV is way faster

This Dunkin' Donuts location is the closest one to me, but unfortunately, they consistently mess up my order every time I go. It's really disappointing. I think it's worth it to walk a little further and leave my apartment earlier to go to a different Dunkin' Donuts instead.

The service at this restaurant is quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend it.
