I visited this restaurant today and it will be my last time. It's disappointing that the owner charges $30 for an extra pump of caramel, which seems excessive. The customer service definitely needs to be better.

The restaurant is open 24 hours, a concept that is unfamiliar to some. As someone who works overnight and relied on the now permanently closed 7-Eleven on Columbus, this coffee shop is a lifesaver as the only option in the area that is still open after 10pm. However, it seems that the evening crew here often assumes that if business is slow around 10pm, they can close up and leave, as they did on the night of 3/30/22 and on many other nights. This inconsistency in operating hours can be frustrating for customers who rely on the restaurant being open 24 hours. Until the crew is informed otherwise or changes are made, it seems that this spot will continue to be hit or miss in terms of its 24-hour availability.

Give the kerl alone to work, 1/29/21 an increase during the snowstorm. there was a long line inside and outside around the corner. this guy was super quiet, very polite, although people get impatient, and online orders come.
