Deli On Madison - New York

Food pretty good but chaos and you have to fight to get served. Staff have poor attitude. Guess it’s a captive market and they don’t care.

We have ordered from this Deli for 20 years and never had an issue until they hired an incompetent, rude, front person. Customer service does not exist in this Deli. We tried to resolve an issue over the phone with a wrong order, and were hung up on. The manager isn't any better, told me that he will not deliver anymore. There is obviously a communication problem that they will not fix. So beware, you will not receive a club sandwich, but instead a Reuben!

RIPOFF! I used to go here a couple times a week for an Italian sub. $12.50 is high, but pretty much par for the course in the city. But they just raised their price to $14!! I’m sorry but $14 for a sandwich is ridiculous. Oh and the cashiers are usually not very nice.

Absolutely bad experience! Not only that the cashier cannot say hello and please underpay the change. Coffee costs 2.75, but I took three bucks, I don’t feel sorry for these coins at all, but you can at least explain that there is no change. The coffee itself without napkins or wrappers walked and burned hands. I will not come here again and I do not advise you.
