Steak was flavorful and grilled right. Wasn't dried. The oxtail was tender. The sauce for the croquetas was good. Used it for empanadas and made it even better. The croquetas was pretty good too but it was dried.

The Sopa de Ajiaco didn't have any vegetables but it did have a bone. It was broth, chicken, one small piece of yuca anda bone. Not even enough broth. I added Kettle Fire vegetable broth. The yuca and pernil didn't and never has enough mojo. 10/10 won't order again. Going to the rest is better because they can't mess up your order.
