Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York

The restaurant is always bustling, especially during lunchtime. The food was delicious, but they could use more seating options.

This restaurant is extremely small. The steak bowl I ordered was the smallest I have ever had at any Chipotle. Additionally, it was cold. I hope that Chipotle can improve their quality control.

I ordered a chicken taco with veggies through the Chipotle app a week ago, but it was missing the chicken. The same thing happened again today. When I went back and asked for chicken and to pay the difference, they told me to call customer service for a refund. It is unbelievable how unprofessional the staff or the manager can be!

Stay Away from this place! I used to eat in this restaurant at least twice a week! Dirty, I saw employees walking standing on a table with their shoes on where they prepare food once, Lazy employees always close the dining room 1.5 hours before they close and they talk and act according to your race and status! I was kicked out once before I finished eating! Bunch of racist staff! There is another location on 56 st and 8th Ave, much better, cleaner and better staff!

Customer service is terrible. Server today very stingy with servings. I had to ask for more of everything because she gave so little to start with. Not even 1 full spoon. Then she got upset when I asked for more chicken. And gave 1 additional piece. I said look I will pay extra. How are you going to give 1 additional piece? She angrily gave more. Terrible service! The rice bowls are already overpriced and they want to give a serving that could only feed a toddler. I spent $25 so i should get a full serving. Very disappointed in her having the audacity to get mad.
