As a vegetarian, I eat here regularly especially enjoying the Bahn Mi and Bun options. Service is always fast and friendly. Quality of ingredients and freshness are top notch. Great little local HK spot for really good Vietnamese foodFood: 5/5

The appetizers at this restaurant were fantastic! We tried the Sticky Tamarind Ribs and loaded pho fries, and I can't recommend them enough—they're a must-try! The fries are generously topped with brisket gravy and a deliciously addictive sriracha mayo. The tamarind ribs were incredibly juicy and tender, practically falling off the bone, with a sauce that is tart, tangy, and absolutely delicious. The pho and bun bo hue were also good. The cha pa pho was especially fun, featuring perfectly cooked bone-in short rib with a generous amount of meat. The portions here are large and just right. Personally, I prefer thinner pho noodles, and I found these a bit different from what I'm used to, but that's just my preference. We ended up with plenty of leftovers, and the service was very friendly. The space is a bit tight and has a casual vibe, but the turnover is quick. I highly recommend this place!

I ordered the special pho, which included round steak, flank, brisket, tendon, and tripe. The portion size was pretty generous and it came with the typical add-ins (lime, bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeno). The broth was very tasty and not very salty and it was everything I wanted in a pho except that there was less meat than I expected and the ratio of what did come in my dish was off, which was a little disappointing. Otherwise, it was a quick and delicious bite to eat in Hell's Kitchen.
