Capri - New York

We love coming to Little Italy when in New York and Capri is quintessential Little Italy. Perfect weather to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. I had diet problems that needed special attention and they were perfectly gracious about it all. Go, enjoy!

This was a pre-theater dinner. Interestingly, we were seated at a temporary, folding chairs table, even though all regular tables were available. Dining in a long gown was fairly uncomfortable. Later, people in shorts were being seated at regular tables.

Server was terrible. He was very aggressive in try to sell us bottle water. When asked what the wine labels for the wine that is served by the glass he did know. We had to hunt him down when we needed more water

Our server, Marcus or Marcel, was exceptional! Despite a busy Saturday night crowd, our large group was effortlessly accommodated. The food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and the bread was a hit. We were warmly welcomed at the door and treated like royalty. This is definitely my kind of restaurant.

Great place highly recommend! Authentic, great service, and tasty.
