Burger King - New York

This location smelled terrible.Seemed like it had a water damage or leak and there was a section of the ceiling on the floor. We went around 10:30am. There were only two employees but they moved quickly. The food wasn’t as good. Fries were over cooked.

The service could be faster. The staff was still friendly though.

I had a quarter pound King, and a bacon King, delicious ! I'm going back for more. I'd rather eat Burger King than McDonald's any day !

The store wasn’t clean, the table had leftover food on it and the food wasn’t very good.

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always been happy with the service and food. However, I was disappointed to see a lot of noisy people gathering outside the restaurant's entrance. Inside, there were also people drinking and playing loud music. I believe a restaurant should be a place to enjoy a meal, not a place to party. If this continues, they may lose many customers. I am very disappointed.
