The expectations never corresponded to what was presented to me. The quality and taste of the food have disappointed me and my guests. We left the restaurant with half filled plates and hunger. The service was friendly and sufficient, but never personally. The atmosphere was comfortable. The menu was what you would expect from a French restaurant. I ordered Paella, a non-traditional French court. It was well cooked, but it lacked any significant paella taste. It felt almost spiced. My guests said the same. Overall, not the biggest food experience, and not the worst. However, I will go elsewhere with the variety of food choices in the area.
I've always loved this restaurant since my company moved to the neighborhood in 2005. Unfortunately they close this place, but will be reopened in autumn near.
We had post-theater matinee reservation and not busy when we sat. It took a long time until the server noticed what did not begin well. But when we dropped someone down and asked if our server is coming soon, we have a lot of attention on it. My group was satisfied with beet salad with chicken, octopus salad and the Cognac Chefburger. Also the toilets on the same level as restaurant, so no departure to a cellar. Overall, satisfied with the food and location.
Warm, pleasant environment and food was quite spot on. You could calculate more for the experience
Loved our dinner there! Stumbled upon the location and got a quick window seat for an early dinner. Great food and atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
