Bocca Di Bacco - New York

Went there for a pre theater, pre fixe lunch. Great selection, great service, great prices all in a small, classic NYC restaurant.

Upon first arriving at the restaurant, the hostess seated three medium-build men at a table meant for two, which was unacceptable. Luckily, when I asked for a larger table, there were no issues. The entree portions were disappointingly small, resembling a kid's meal size, especially considering the high prices. Additionally, the restaurant's air conditioning seemed to be either not working or inadequate for the number of patrons.

The food was great, the service was excellent, and they were very accommodating. I had a wonderful experience and my vongole was delicious.

The food and service were fantastic! We especially enjoyed the cacio e pepe and vodka pasta dishes. The restaurant is conveniently located near theaters.

My birthday dinner and very disappointing. AC not working; slow service; food was just okay; forgot to bring out my birthday cake and we had to go to the theatre so didn’t have extra time to wait it out given the slow service. Wouldn’t recommend.
