Bluestone Lane Bryant Park Coffee Shop

I got a large iced chai latte, but the cup was 70% ice! Despite having a size large, it took me like 5 sips to finish. For $6.40 plus tax and tip, it’s not worth it in my opinion. There’s not even an option for “light ice” on the app :(For the positives:The taste of the beverage was average. It is a convenient location. The workers were kind. And there is a bathroom!

I was so excited to try out BL but was very disappointed. the service is not great. my order for the oat draft latte, one of the priciest drinks on the kiosk was confirmed. it didn’t ask which size i wanted. after i ordered, at least 10 ppl who ordered after me at the register or even on the machine got their order before me. others had their drinks made immediately. i had to ask the employees whether they had seen my order after waiting over 10 mins and they seemed quite confused. after waiting longer i finally got my drink and didn’t even apologize for the delay. the drink itself was good, but i will not be returning.

Went there to grab an egg bacon toast for breakfast. Portion size was appropriate. Friendly staff and nice food and drink options. Beside the food I went for a Melbourne Brekkie (cold brew tea). Was super happy with my choice. As the food gets prepared right after the order you should plan with a few minutes of waiting time. There are some self-service points, use them to skip the queue at the counter.

The place is great and service is amazing, however I was in there earlier today and it seems the temperature inside felt much warmer than outside and it’s hot out today! I felt bad for the employees that have to work under those conditions.Let’s do better please.Not a great way for getting customers to return.

After a red eye and long travel, the first thing we craved was coffee. Being familiar with Bluestone Lane beans, as one we enjoyed thanks to shipping, we located this one near our hotel and went right over. The facade was under construction, but the interior was very nice if a little uncomfortable with hard stools. They had one table outside, so to enjoy the fresh air we went there.The place had a constant stream of customers who seemed like they worked nearby. Staff was friendly and welcoming to explain the menu. We got various coffees, two salads, and some pastries. Everything was fresh and delicious I realized quickly how much I miss East Coast produce. Prices were expected for the heart of NYC. This was a high mark for our coffee stops in the city; it's worth stopping in for an affordable and delicious quick meal, drink, or snack.
