New favorite wine bar in the city! Great wine, ambiance, and service. Definitely recommend the cheese plate.

Best wine bar in NYC, with excellent happy hour selection and delicious snacks. Patio is in the middle of a block on a quiet street with speedbumps, so it’s a nice chill place for people&doggo watching.

This review focuses solely on the service I received during my recent visit. A few nights ago, our server, Bonny M., was perhaps the rudest waiter I have ever encountered. When I ordered wine and asked for options like “x, y, z, etc.,” he responded sarcastically, “I don’t know, can you?” implying that my grammar was wrong. Later, when we sought clarification on the cheese plates, he offered another condescending reply. It's important to note that no one in our group spoke to him disrespectfully or did anything to provoke this behavior. The fact that gratuity was automatically included might have contributed to his lack of hospitality, but regardless, this experience was off-putting enough for me to hesitate in returning to Bibi, despite my love for the wine and atmosphere. If anyone from management is reading this, I urge you to address this issue with the server, as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has faced this kind of treatment.

The service was excellent, the happy hour was enjoyable, and the wine selection was great for a casual outing!

The bartender was incredibly rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there at all. The waitstaff had the same attitude as they moved about. I specifically ordered the $13 glass of red blend. He mentioned a national blend, which is what the menu listed, so I confirmed that I wanted it. However, I was charged $16. When I pointed this out to him, he reacted with an irritated sigh, as if it was my fault. Excuse me, sir, I don't know how I could have been clearer. His unwelcoming demeanor just added to the unpleasant experience during my brief visit.
