The restaurant was decorated beautifully. Drinks expensive. Our server was great and very attentive. We did not wait long for food to come out. We all got the burger which was good. Overall you are there for the experience of Christmas and I would go again. Good photo ops!

The waitress forgot to give a meal divided by 2 persons and leave them completely without dinner. there is also no warning if reservations about the $20 fee per person only for the decorations.

Fantastic! christmas decorations were amazing! eating was great! we had a wonderful early dinner.

If you're looking for a place that cries Christmas, the box will be checked. the service and organization of the restaurant falls extremely short. it took 45 minutes to get 1/3 drinks ordered, a drink was totally wrong. lachs was over boiled, wagyu burger had no taste and was dry, asked 3 workers for ketchup another 30 minutes. the only good thing was that we were not charged the entry fee, and the wrong drink was removed from our tab. there was clearly no one responsible for the facility, and the staff and guests paid the price. the security at the door has a great task of mass control.

Terrible service. Food took forever to come out. They need to be aware of where they sit their customers
