Christmas feast was amazing! it would have been good if you got a glass of champagne included as it’s Christmas Day!

Dedicated staff. Healthy and tasty food options. Typical of nice places in NY, the prices are high, but not so bad compared to other NY breakfast places.

Horrible service, as if they had hired waiters for the day from a take out restaurant, to take away clanging plates for the Christmas Buffet. Food was good, what one would expect from a good hotel, but the holiday decor was super kitschy and cheap.

We went for Thanksgiving Dinner. The food was cold. Of course, it was a buffet, but still expect heating devices to keep food warm. When we asked if food could be microwaved, waiter said not possible. However, this was one of last places still open for Thanksgiving, so what did I expect. Did not like that not have traditional turkey dinner. I also asked if could have table in corner. They did accommodate, however, was not busy time and think could have seated in any other corner except the one right next to kitchen. Desserts were out of this world.

Thanksgiving buffet was very upscale. The food was wonderful from the appetizer to the main courses and lavish dessert buffet. Staff is very attentive and engaging. Atmosphere is sophisticated, warm, friendly. A wonderful place to take family and friends for special occasions and holidays.
