American Whiskey Tribeca - New York

My favorite restaurant in nyc. every city needs such a place.

I love this restaurant and my daughter and I drove in a total of 450 miles because I believed their chicken wings and country fried duck and waffle. eating is incredible, atmosphere is casual (as I like it) drinks are well made, and the service is excellent. at this place there is no pretense, and each person working there looks for the customer, and also for each other, which is very refreshing. that is best teamwork. when they visit under manhattan, they have to visit carefully. the value and superior service is in nyc a bit difficult to find.

The service at our table was great, but one of the barkeepers from the beginning had a real job problem and was a huge idiot. the kitchen worked to make a vegan option for a vegan in our party. eating was good, but it didn't blow me away.

Overall everything was outstanding. Ambiance, service, recommendations, the food drinks. Here is an added perk too they give you their signature popcorn as a starter to go if you would like! Wow! Delicious!

Long been a favorite spot in the area. Great vibe, very TriBeCa (vibrant but not bursting at the seams). The burger is fantastic, and, of course, the free popcorn with the house magic dust is amazing. Pretty sure I have 2 bowls to myself everytime I come. Highly recommend!
