The Old Spaghetti Factory

I've eaten in a few times and loved it every single time. Ordered take-out recently because we just had our first child and family was in visiting. The portion of my meal was so small and there was no sauce on another order of spaghetti. The manager reached out to me personally the same night and was quick to rectify the situation. Overall, I was pleased with the way everything was handled and will continue to eat here! Thanks for having excellent customer service and delicious pasta!

Great staff, lots of food, historic building price is down to earth! Great value for a hungry family!

Our server was really nice did not have to wait long for meals kept getting drinks refilled the people there are spot on they don't make you wait overall i would go back there again

I've been going to the Old Spaghetti Factory (both New West and Gastown) since I was a child. Always yummy... actually tried the Caesar salad for a change; very tasty too! Our server, Mike, was friendly and attentive, but not a pest. If you're looking for a hearty, filling lunch with your S/O for under $40, then you're in luck!

The restaurant was super busy when we got here, but we were seated in less than 15 minutes. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Our server Temma was super!
