Taverna Greka Restaurant

While in the Vancouver area for a wedding, our nephew arranged for a family dinner at this well recommended Greek Restaurant. The restaurant has great atmosphere with a picturesque setting in New Weatminster. Their food and service , was second to none. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back our next trip down there.

We went there for late lunch. The service was as lovely as the view. We ordered lamb and chicken souvlaki; it was decent.

The service & atmosphere is great with an awesome view of the Fraser river. Food is good and in true Greek fashion the portions are generous. Will keep coming back for more.

Our family and friends have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years. Our business holds regular group lunches, celebrations and retirements there. The staff are friendly and courteous, the view over the river is always worthwhile and better with the new Pier park below. Have never had a bad meal or experience.

We had dinner overlooking the Fraser River and couldn't have been treated better. The food was everything you would expect from a Greek restaurant and the owner went out of his way to accommodate us. For five people, we ordered the appetizer tray and an entree tray and had more than enough food. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
