But no, always out of order, atleast get it fixed or more they just want to keep it clean so not letting anyone in. Terrible service. Top of that fountain station doesn’t not work only bottled beverages.
Worst experience. I ask for foot longer and they charge me for 6 inch x2I specifically told them that rate js more and you charge me for 6 inch twice. But she specifically told me no sir the rate is changed.After seeing the receipt it was mentioned clearly that she charge me for 6 inch twice… thats so disrespectful and dishonest
Washroom at this location always out of order. We were working here coming to eat here from last 2 months. They probably want to keep it clean no letting anyone use it
Doordash lost my order.My order was placed through the subway website.How it works, as explained by doordash is that because it's done by third party, they cannot refund us directly.What they can do is take responsibility for the lost order. After which they send the refund to subway, and subsequently, subway is supposed to refund us.However, this subway after being refunded by doordash and basically having 2x the value of the order originally placed.Refused to refund me.I tried to explain in detail to the girl working there how it worksZero customer service skills at all on that woman. Refused to let me speak without cutting me off. Hung up on me. Told me that she knows best and wouldn't listen.I was relatively kind up to this point, but the absolute gall and audacity of this person was truly something else.We are considering legal action at this point.And I say this with every ounce of my soul, this little girl should not be anywhere near a customer service job.Zero manners whatsoever. Zero intelligence. Zero listening skills. Absolute embarrassment.When you ask yourself why you work at subway and have done nothing with your life, remember this review.Edit also tried to explain that I've worked in the food industry for many years, I understand how doordash functions in regards to orders placed through other websites.She has a complete inability to listen and communicate without cutting people off, to the point where I felt like I was talking to a small child trying to get their way.
A little dissapointed with the new menu options. You took away the the classic meatball sandwich, with the new one if you don't like the cheese it comes with you can't change it. Need to have the options there for people with allergies, cant even remove the pepperoni if you find it too spicy.
