Pizza Hut - New Westminster

I ordered a Melt without onions, but they gave it to me with onions. When I mentioned that I have an allergy, the server yelled at me and insisted that I had asked for it with onions. The whole situation was very rude and it made me feel like they were discriminating against me. I don't understand why they treated me that way, especially when I was being polite and even called the server sweetheart.

The pizza at this restaurant in Coquitlam is the most delicious I have ever tasted, and the staff are very friendly.

I had to wait 20 minutes only to find out they had forgotten to even start preparing my order. Then, they said it would be done in 7 minutes…it’s been another 20 and I’m still waiting…

A shaving of half a mushroom for the whole pizza !!A shaving....???Wow!!!The toppings are skimpy, pretty pathetic. It's used to be excellent there ???Not returning

This Pizza hut has got to be one of the worst locations. They seemed to be okay for a bit but ordering pizza tonight the driver was all over the map . The order was out for delivery but instead of tracking it towards our house he was going the exact opposite direction. I called the restaurant and the person I ended up talking to said they would check with the driver and told me don 't worry about it . Of course I will if my food is stone cold by the time I get it. He ended up hanging up on me so I waited for a bit and the tracker reset with the driver going back to the restaurant, then heading the wrong way AGAIN. I called back and waited on hold forever and when I finally got through to Nick I told him I wanted to cancel the order because the time of arrival had been bumped and I wasn 't impressed. He agreed and told me it would take 3 days to get my money back. When asked why they were quick to take my money but not quick to return it he gave me some lame excuse. I 'll chat with the manager tomorrow to make sure my money gets returned because I really do not trust the person I dealt with tonight to get it done correctly. I will NEVER use this location again and highly recommend no one else does either.
