Teriyaki chicken roll had no sauce and the chicken was dryer than sand

The taro milk tea was very bland, almost like drinking water, and the pearls were flavorless. To make matters worse, I felt forced to leave a tip due to the poor service. The server was rude and even tossed the straws and drink at me. This was my first and last visit. I won't be returning.

I tried the special roll, Red Dragon, today and it was absolutely delicious! The service was great, and there are plenty of options to choose from. I will definitely return!
