Chronic Taco - New Westminster

I really wanted to like this place. l love mexican food and this place is walking distance from my home. Unfortunately they failed on many counts. Service and food both below a passing standard

Great little restaurant! Love the taco bowl salad with breaded shrimp Baja style! Just had the soft corn tacos today with sautéed shrimp, great salsa options! Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, affordable prices. Licensed with limited drink menu. They have a plan, with your purchases after they add up you get a bonus free item. Check it out, think you'll be glad you did! Addictive!

They have so many locations in the west cost , I am not much Taco guy ,but I enjoyed their Tacos at New Beach two or three years ago ,so ,when I saw their restaurant at New Westminster , (Columbia Square ) ,so ,I love to give it a try ,it is very casual ,laid back , and a lot of open space , not much of services ,you just walk up to the counter and order your food , ,but I am very disappointed to say ,it is not the same ,only two or three tablet during lunch hours ? ,atmosphere like a funeral home ,no life , Tostadas Bowl is average ,lot of fresh lettuces ,but the Fish Tacos so oily , I am amazed how can they serve their Special

They offer really good options, very tasty, but service needs to improve. The servers were in a hurry to get done with us, although there was no one else waiting. A closer supervision and management is needed!

The vibe here is excellent from the wait staff at the counter to the food. Very casual relaxed environment. The burrito I ordered was built to order perfectly and is way better than Mucho Burrito
