Subway - New Washington

Will never go back. Can never get a sandwich right and have given me inedible bread/food multiple times.

Will NEVER go here again. We called on Wed to order for Superbowl. Was told that I need to call back because they were on their lunch break and couldn't help me. Called back when they told us to, made our order. We show up on Superbowl Sunday when they told us to pick up....our order was short and completely wrong.

Just went in and got a sandwich, very simple sandwich might I add, and the General Manager was extremely rude and told me to “not come back”. During the assembly of my sandwich, I asked for avocado and which he got snarky and rude and stated basically that I should have started with that because he had to reassemble the sandwich. How I was supposed to know that? That avocado goes first? Exactly I don’t. Then as I was checking out I wasn’t exactly paying attention but he was obviously annoyed by the fact that I wasn’t inserting/ taping my card right. So he made another snarky comment towards me. So that upset me and as I was leaving he said to have a nice day and I quote said “you too I guess, you didn’t need to make those comments” and he said “don’t come back”. Don’t worry, im never coming back

Trash environment, even worse service. Some people don’t belong near customer service. Absolutely waste of space.

Service was good and food was great. Only had a shot time to eat.
