George's Fine Steaks & Spirits

My husband and I came in on a Monday night and were seated right away. This place is pretty small so if you were eating here on a Friday or Saturday night you would definitely want to make a reservation. My husband and I both got the George's steak specialwith Salad and baked potato. The food was great, and the one thing I would do differently is ask for the dressing on the sidebecause there was almost more dressing than lettuce. However I still really enjoyed my salad. The staff was very friendly andtimely.

I am a fan of great food in surprising places. The atmosphere looks like a dive bar, diner, and stake house had a baby. The owner was extremely easy to talk to and everything overall was wonderful. Make sure to call for a reservation or the onlywaiting time would be for a seat at the bar.

Busy place but solid food! The idea is very good: casual but with steaks. Steak was very good, salad was sooo good I didn?t get a photo (yummy ranch and homemade crouton). George?s wife makes cheesecakes and I had to get a slice. Very solid!

Busy place need reservations. Visitors that did not have them were seated at the bar for delicious food on Tuesday night. Dessert was fantastic so save room.

Simply awesome!! This was easily one of the best steaks I have ever eaten, period. This T-Bone was recommended by George himself, and it was delicious, fresh, tender, juicy..... . Good decent home cooking, deserts, and biscuits, along with arelaxed, casual atmosphere, oh and a full bar! Mr George and crew have got it going on! I will be here as often as I can whenI'm in town! Thanks for a great dinner!
