Contribuiți la feedbackWow, what a genuine find for a hometown BBQ joint in NSB! Our first time eating there was a couple weeks ago and it was fabulous. The ribs are incredible so get there early before they sell out. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and it wasvery tasty and moist. I also had the brisket which was sliced and very moist. All of the sides were also fantastic. We cameback today and again it was an outstanding meal. Had their smoked chicken wings along with other meals. The flavor isphenomenal and the BBQ sauces are a perfect compliment. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. I almost don?t want tolet anyone know how good this place is so we can keep it to ourselves. The owner Mark is a world champion BBQ pit master andhis BBQ definitely makes that statement. Enjoy!
Absolutely, by far the best Pulled Pork EVER!!!! The Brisket sandwich just melts in your mouth. Highly recommend here for everyone. Jayme Amy are awesome!!!! Jayme really explained each dish we inquired about and made each item so enticing, it washard to decide on what to order. Definitely will come back and try other dishes.
This BBQ restaurant is perfect for true barbecue enthusiasts who appreciate the art of crafting exceptional BBQ. I've visited several times and tried nearly every meat item on the menu, always leaving impressed. They even excel at smoking white meat chicken, which comes out moist and juicy. The restaurant is owner-operated, with a large smoker out back. The portion sizes are generous, not stingy. The smoked spare ribs and burnt ends are absolute must-tries.
The BBQ here is truly exceptional and authentically done. The burnt ends were amazing. I also really enjoyed the variety of sauces available at the table. Don't hesitate to place your order, as they tend to run out quickly. The orange muffins are delicious too—perfect for dessert or as a tasty breakfast the next day!
I ordered a pulled pork platter that came with cornbread, green beans, and potato salad. It was, without a doubt, the best pulled pork I’ve ever had—moist and tender, likely smoked for about 18 to 20 hours. It was served without sauce, which is the way it should be, but there were four different sauces on the table to choose from. I tried all of them, and each one was fantastic. I ultimately settled on the Mustang Sally, a mustard-based sauce, which happens to be my favorite type of barbecue sauce. I think there might have been a fifth sauce, a spicy one, but like most restaurants, the hot barbecue sauce was kept behind the counter. The sides were also delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is smaller than some of its competitors, but I actually prefer that. One thing that really impressed me was how exceptionally clean it was. I had read somewhere that they might run out of some items, and true to that claim, the burnt ends were sold out when I arrived. No problem, though—I just have to come back to try them. I plan to visit several times because I can’t wait to sample all their meats. When have you ever heard of a major barbecue chain running out of a product? I never have. The reason is simple: their dishes aren't in high enough demand to sell out. If a restaurant does run out due to high demand, that's a clear indication it's a must-visit place. That’s the true mark of a great barbecue restaurant, and I’ve definitely found a gem. I will be a regular here, and you should give it a try—you’ll love it, too!
