Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was really looking forward to trying something new, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I ordered the shrimp, which was both cold and lacking in flavor. The coleslaw wasn’t available, and the macaroni and cheese was extremely unappetizing, even for kids. My grandson ordered a chicken sandwich that looked appealing, and he mentioned it was actually quite good, so I’ll give an extra star for that. However, we had to wait a long time for our order, and I believe everything should be served hot. Overall, I would rate this experience at just one star.

The front counter staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly, making our experience enjoyable! The restaurant was quite empty when we arrived, but everything inside was clean and well-maintained. The food was tasty, although I'm not a huge fan of Popeyes in general; the chicken just doesn't appeal to me that much. However, the cookies were absolutely delicious! Sometimes, the food could be a bit too salty. If you're a Popeyes enthusiast, though, you'll definitely enjoy this place. The service was quick, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. It seemed to be less busy, probably because McDonald's is right next door, and most people go there instead. So, I recommend ordering here for a more contemporary dining experience.

I am struggling to understand how this can be considered acceptable. It feels like outright stealing to me. I opened my order and this is exactly how it looked—nothing was changed or spilled. Instead of the red and rice I expected, I found it was mostly filled with potatoes and gravy. I am very disappointed with the service at this supposedly special restaurant.

Worst experience. Slow service, no cutlery and no riders! How can people eat without cutlery? And you don't have the 1 page you can eat without cutlery. We had dinner somewhere else, because the cash register always took our order. Management needs to handle things better because if not you could close the place also down. Terrible experience!

How long before the health department steps in here on the beef jerky they are trying to sell? Maybe the timers aren?t working for how long the food can be kept. But the vultures enjoy it
