I know that this is on the beach, but flip-flops on the minimum is acceptable, not mere feet. really enjoyed people watching, eating tacos and a cocktail. the waitress didn't know what was the drink speciality, so we had to show her the menu board. other than that, nothing great, but a well-founded place to eat a bite and take a drink.
My husband and I wanted to have lunch on the beach while visiting NSB. Chases was close we decided to try it. We loved being outside and our waitress was attentive, informed and very friendly. We had the margarita special of the day- very good. Also ordered the Ahi Tuna poke, and the crab poppers. Bother were very good. Would definitely return
Chase's is always my favorite place to go when I'm in New Smyrna. The beach access makes it so convenient, but the food and drinks are why I keep coming back. I got their Summer Punch Bucket and Chicken Quesadilla with Sweet Potatoe Fries this time and they were all delish!! The staff was also so inviting and handled every request we had with such kindness and patience.
My wife and I visited New Smyrna Beach this past week from The Villages. It’s a 2 hour drive going through a lot of construction. We did not enjoy the drive, but we definitely enjoyed the beach! While sitting in the sunshine enjoying the sounds of waves splashing I noticed this restaurant close to where we were sitting. We were seated immediately outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Monday’s offer margarita specials, so I ordered one for $5.00. A whole lotta tequila added to this drink! Loved it. The salad was fresh, cold, and crispy. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and we both enjoyed them. Finished our lunch and walked back to our beach chairs to enjoy the rest of our relaxing day at a very nice beach! Put in Chase’s restaurant on your GPS and it’ll take you right to this beach. I parked on 23rd with steps to the beach (free parking you can take street 27 to an entrance for parking you car on the actual beach next to where you sit! We will be back.
We expected a typical beach type location. but eating was bad. more spiced from seafood and overpriced at $26. chardonnay was bitter and served in the dentist plastic cup. go here for drinks maybe not weeping.) but not eating!
