Sadie Jane's Sweets And Eats

We stopped by this place after lunch and a round of golf with my husband. We each ordered a simple twist cone. Unfortunately, the soft serve was extremely mushy and started melting before we even reached our car. The flavor was quite lacking, reminiscent of something you might find at a buffet restaurant. The cones were very small, and the cone itself tasted stale. We paid around $7 for them and ultimately ended up tossing them away. We’ve visited this location before and have yet to have a positive experience. After this third try, I don't think we'll be back. While the service was friendly, the fact that they were willing to serve melted ice cream was a big drawback. We also noticed that the yard area was overgrown and not well maintained, which is not a good look for New Sharon.

The staff was friendly, but both the humdinger and the malt tasted spoiled, especially for $6.50 each. I’ve been disappointed as this has been the case every year since they opened. However, I do want to highlight that my hotdog and cheese balls were excellent.

Wow! This place has the most amazing pork tenderloin sandwich! I had heard about Scooter's sandwich, but this was even better! The ice cream is to die for especially the homemade peach soft serve in the summer. I would drive almost 4 hours to have these treats almost anytime (but not in the dead of winter).Dietary restrictions: There was a lactose free option available.

I had a peanut butter hummdinger which was like a blizzard but waaay better! Everyone was very friendly, the food was delicious and generously portioned. Very kid friendly, my son loved the horsie swings and the all the toys. The color changing spoons were a big hit. I highly recommend visiting Sadie Jane’s!

This is the best ice cream I have ever had! I’m from South Carolina, and coming to a little town such as New Sharon, this ice cream blew me out of the park! It’s super creamy, and has great flavor! There cheese balls are also amazing. Great Job Sadie Janes!! I’ll definitely be back.
