Four Star Pizza - New ross

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent, reasonably priced, and the service is speedy.

I recently placed an order at this restaurant and encountered a bit of a problem. I was asked to come back because my order was not ready. Although I was slightly displeased, I understand that these things can happen. When I returned, I was informed that my order still wasn't ready. The young girl who assisted me was rude and provided poor customer service, which frustrated me especially since it was over 45 minutes past my original pick-up time. I requested to speak to the manager, and after a short wait, the manager came to address the situation. He quickly resolved the issue and apologized sincerely. I left the restaurant feeling much happier, as the manager assured me that he would discuss the importance of customer service with the staff. Later in the week, I received an email from what I assume to be the store manager, apologizing again and explaining the circumstances of that day. I was also invited to give the restaurant another try. Understanding the challenges of working in the food service industry, I decided to take them up on their offer. The customer service during my second visit was outstanding, in fact, it was the best service I have ever experienced at any establishment. Everyone has bad days, and I appreciate the effort of the restaurant to make things right. I look forward to returning in the future.

I would like to express my gratitude for the fantastic pizza! The employees were extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting the ideal toppings. The medium special with fries and cookies was a pleasant surprise! It was truly a delightful experience! I cannot wait to return next year! Keep up the excellent work!

Although the prices are on the high side, the food is quite disappointing. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, dining in at the restaurant is currently not an option.
