Carvel Express - New Rochelle

Worst carvel in town.. I went there and they had only 3 choice of ice cream and the server couldn?t understand English well. After my mom and I decide to go with the softee ice cream it was spoil so we had to toss it.

Says their open until 11, but they closed an hour before. Unbelievable and the guy saw me too bur didn't give me service.

I arrived at this Carvel at 9:50 PM when their posted hours are til 10:00 PM. I had 10 boys at my house for a birthday party and wanted to grab a cake. The owner locked the door right in front of me and shut the lights out. I will never come here again!!! When I called he said he was closing early. This is terrible customer service.

The soft serve is not as rich and creamy as other places. The guy who served me was really skimpy with the soft serve. He didn?t even fill my cup up fully, instead he made a small skinny tower of ice cream. First and last time going into this place.

Salted caramel and cookie batter is really good. Reason I didn't give a 5 is because the brownie I put in my cup was stale. The toppings bar is significant but they need to taste fresh.
