Contribuiți la feedbackMind you last week, I called to ask to make sure that they were open, because sometimes they aren't and was hung up on, but that's neither here nor there.I ordered my pizza and clicked the button for curbside delivery because my ankle was broken. I waited 45 mins to make sure that my pizza would be ready when I arrived. I clicked on the button stating that I had arrived, while turning into the parking lot. I parked directly in front of the store, so that I could see everything that was going on. There was 1 female who was actually working and I could see group of, maybe 4 people standing in the back of the store. 15 mins pass, so I call, no one answers. By now, 4 customers have come and gone, I am still waiting. 10 mins later I call again. The girl who was, really the only person that I actually saw working (the counter and making pizzas) answers the phone. I tell her that my ankle was broken and I had chosen curbside delivery. She says that someone would be right out with my order. By then, a van parks next to me and a girl goes in. She orders, and maybe 15 mins later she comes out. I waved at her and the driver of the van. I tell them that my ankle was broken, give the girl my name and order information, and ask her to go in and pick up my family's dinner...she does. I feel that if I would not have ask someone else to walk in to get my pizza, I would have not gotten it when I did.Please DO BETTER!! I could have gone anywhere else to get my food, but I chose your establishment. Please give your customers the same treatment that you would want!!
The man at the counter didn't seem to know what a Hawaiian pizza was, couldn't seem to understand what I was saying. Gave me a pan when I asked for a deep dish pizza. While waiting for my pizza I saw him and another coworker talk about how someone was still on hold and one of them promptly hung up and them and laughed about it. Save yourself some trouble and don't go here.
What happened to Pizza Hut?? I spent $50 on a large pizza and 12 little wings it was NOT worth it. Though the wings had a good taste, it wasn't worth the money, and the pizza was garbage to much bread n sauce. fyi, it does NOT look like the pictures! Want my advice? Find a Domino'
I mean seriously reconsider if you are using debit here. My order was 15.32 and they charged me 18.38 twice then 15.32 the next day. The 18.38x2 was schemed because it didn’t show up on their report. Therefore they couldn’t return it to me but it’s showing on my bank account. I noticed the evening I was in there and was promised a refund that I never got. Went talk to the rep twice she said be patient. I called the hotline they promised a call between 1-3 business days that I never got. Called my bank after I seen locals complain about the same thing. My bank said ph have to initiate the refund. Finally got a call from a cell phone after going to the BBB. A lady said she is the gm and tending to my request and this is between me and the bank. Needless to say an apology was given and she understood and acknowledged their errors and declined every penny of my refund, a store credit and all that. DONT USE YOUR CREDIT CARDS HERE!!
I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks online and paid on the app tonight. When I got there, I was told that they were out of cheese sticks and that I could not be refunded for them so she told me I could get a drink instead (obviously not equal to the price of the cheese sticks). To make matters worse, the worker was talking on a phone call through her AirPods the entire time. Not happy with my visit at all.
