Choosing to fill the line instead of tending to the people that have been waiting more than 20 minutes. When I chose to confront her on this, she stated I have to finish some things I have worked at multiple subways and am aware of the policies regarding customer first. Tiffany created a horrible customer experience, and employee experience for the other person working there. Won 't be coming back.
No meatballs?? We were told they haven't had a chance to make any. It's 1:53pm! Hire someone to help this dude out....line around the corner inside.
There was no one behind the counter when we arrived. Then we found that there are two workers working there. Both of them one man and one woman) were hiding in the back. The staff was not very friendly, and she insisted that we could not cut a 12 inch subway into two 6 inches and roast one six inches, which we have always been able to do with every subway we have been. We stop here on Sunday afternoon around 4 pm. She was busy in the back and will not stand by the counter. The bread is not very fresh, and the ingredients are watery. The staff can not get the ingredients right. She sounds like the same lady from the preview review kept client waiting for 25 minutes before closing and not providing the sandwich. Obviously, the management does not read the review. We will not stop here again.
I’m never the one to leave reviews about places or people but this time I need to because the amount of disrespect I experienced at this location is unexceptionable and embarrassing for the company. So, i arrived at this subway at 9:35pm knowing they close at 10pm BECAUSE the open sign was still turned on. I go in and there are two boys infront of me. While I was waiting, this worker takes 20 minutes to make 3 subs.. I don’t say anything about because in my head I thought I would be served after. I WAS WRONG. After the two boys pay, she looks at me and says “i can’t do this” and proceeds to take her apron off and throw it on the table in the back and walk out. When i asked why she didn’t just tell me she wasn’t going to take my order when i first walked in she says “it’s not my problem” “cry about it”. She then proceeds to say “i’m the only one working i’m allowed to leave early”. I understand that i walked in 25 minutes before close, BUT i also would have understood if she told me she couldn’t take my order once i got in line, not after waiting 20 minutes. This employee also used cuss words in her sentences towards me and my friends which is also 100% unprofessional and inappropriate. This employee is an embarrassment to the company and is EXTREMELY immature. 7/27/2024
This place is perpetually understaffed and you can't order ahead on the app.
