Papa Johns Pizza - New Richmond

Picked up pizza. Service was okay. Nice place to pick up I guess.Haven't had papa johns in 20 years and now i remember why. Just don't care for the flavor of the sauce.

Food was delivered quick and with friendly service always but within the past month the food has became more greasy then usually where it's almost unable to hold but I do still recommend this restaurant for there quick delivery's and amazing food but previous the food was less greasy is there something that has changed...

Will only offer a deal if you order online . as if using a phone to place an order is unacceptable obviously then if you do choose to place your order online, it’s not convenient or user friendly .. can not get pick up to come up as an option , automatically defaults to delivery adding delivery charge with no way of changing it. I called to let them know and see if they knew which she replied she didn’t know how and wasn’t able to pull it up and they still won’t honor any deals via the phone.This papa johns is located in a small community where business is top priority. In my opinion if you want returning customers and to keep business you should definitely be honoring current promotions deals ANY way the paying customer chooses to place their order . What happened to customer being top priority? It is not that way any longer now It’s business convenience over customer.

Ordered from here, wait an hour, and it was horrible! If you hate pizza, order Papa Johns.
