Dairy Queen Grill Chill - New Prague

The top half of their chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards are always delicious. This time, like the many before it, I was given a half mixed blizzard. Not the worst thing, and it doesn't stop me from going back. The drive thru is a bit on the slowerside, but they were accurate with my order. They are friendly kids that work there. The inside is kept pretty clean.

Speedy service, great quality. The staff got our order perfect, even asking if we wanted ketchup and salt. You never seem to get that kind of service anymore in fast food but these guys and gals were great. Thanks!

Watch your bill when you're there. my mother and niece went there and got the 2 for $6.50 fish sandwiches and everyone had an order of frys. no drinks, only water and became $14.00????????? I wish my mother, who is 91, had said something at that time.

I have been a patrol of the New Prague, MN Dairy Queen on and off for over 5 years. I need to take the time to review the cost and product making quality, I am only giving 1 star rating because the review site will not let me give a zero rating. The staff at this DQ are poorly trained or lack training as exemplified in the poorly made blizzards. They are not stirred to the bottom, I have often returned to get them stirred completely WHY can't the staff to make novelties to DQ standards? The straw that broke the camels back and has caused me to never return to this New Prague DQ is the amount they raised the price, the cost increase is about 35% and significantly higher then the going rate in the Twin Cities DQ's. Not only have they raised the cost but now charging for pup cups $2 bucks for 2 tables spoons of soft serve.I have been a patron of DQ for over 5 decades that's right FIVE DECADES from Minnesota to Texas and never have I seen a cost increase and such poor quality at any store. I will never return to the New Prague, MN DQBob

This Dairy Queen was not even busy. The workers messed up my order, and the lady manager did not even fix it for me. No one apologized to me. Everyone who work here is very disrespectful. No one who works here has responsibility and accountability for their own mistakes. This problem will surely bring down any business. Like all the 1 star rating here said, worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to Don't waste your money and time here because no one is professional here.
